All items are preloved or vintage, therefore signs of wear and imperfections are to be expected.

Conditions have been described as accurately as possible. There may be the rare instance when an imperfection has been missed. We do our best to note the conditions but we are human and may overlook something. Sorry!

It is not our intention to sell counterfeit items, but in the rare instance that this occurs, please contact us.

 

All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted. Preloved Fashion Pop-Up excepts no responsibility for delayed or lost deliveries after orders have been posted. 

Also, Preloved Fashion Pop-Up will not be responsible for any missing deliveries where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the delivery on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address and all contact information provided is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment. 

 

Preloved Fashion Pop-Up does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges or local sales tax.  

 

Preloved Fashion Pop-Up does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority/ governing country guidelines before committing to purchase.
